2. 6BG1 cylinder liner is thin wall type and chromium plating, because chromium plating will rise cost so lot of manufacture plating one or two times, but ORIGIN PARDS insist on plating not less three times to enchance quality of production. Inner side of liner there are oblique grid and bright surface, the function of oblique grid help keeping engine oil and let piston moving smoothly, reduce friction from piston and liner. This should process on advanced machine tools.
3. Piston and piston pin are manufacture in OEM factory, quality assurance and performance stabilty.
4. Conrod bushing have full copper content, help long life use and good performance.
5. Piston ring process according origin size, have good air seal and fixing force, fits piston very much.
