1. The follower disk assembly adopts multi-stage shock absorption structure: idle speed, start, medium load, heavy load and overweight load.The driven disc and the shock absorption plate are made by the grading carbonitriding process, which is tough inside and outside, and the surface hardness reaches HV650-750
2. According to the drawing of original factory, we produce the products of the clutch disc and clutch plate and ensure the smooth completion of assembling work.
3. The friction plate of the clutch disc is heat-resistant,hard-wearing and stable because of we use the same quality material as Isuzu BVP. High quality asbestos free friction plate, anti high temperature and wear resistance.
4. We maunfacture according to international high standard quality system certification TS16949.During normal operating,the vehicle starts comfortably and smoothly and shifts without jitter.
5. The core components adopts the top-level technology such as hub. It use the whole forging, CNC car processing, spring window cold stamping, vertical hydraulic pull the spline, effectively ensuring the accuracy and strength of parts, as well as product performance.

A: For testing sample, which it depends on the storage.
