Detailed Product Introduction
This hydraulic power steering pump is professionally customized for Hino 700 heavy-duty trucks equipped with P11C diesel engine, OE part number: 44350-1610. As the core hydraulic component of vehicle steering system, it can perfectly replace the original factory steering pump. It effectively solves common faults including stiff steering wheel, jerky turning, hydraulic pressure loss, abnormal noise and oil leakage of steering pump. Fully adapted to harsh working conditions such as long-distance freight and heavy-load construction transportation, delivering smooth & effortless steering control for truck drivers.
Strictly replicated original overall structure in 1:1 scale, including top helical drive gear, mounting flange, hydraulic inlet/outlet ports and pressure regulating valve layout. All hole positions and pipeline interfaces are fully compatible with original truck, plug-and-play without any modification to save maintenance time. A matched O-ring gasket is attached as accessory to prevent oil leakage during installation.
Pump Housing: Integrally cast high-strength ductile iron, excellent shock & impact resistance, crack-proof. Anti-corrosion matte paint coating prevents rust and erosion by hydraulic oil.
Drive Gear: High-precision alloy steel helical gear, smooth meshing, low running noise, wear-resistant for long-term operation.
Internal Hydraulic Core: Wear-resistant vane & precision valve core assembly, withstand high hydraulic pressure and oil corrosion, stable pressure output persistently.
Sealing Parts: Nitrile rubber oil seals resist high & low temperature, adapt to harsh engine compartment environment to avoid oil leakage.
